What is AgentFire?
Our core product is called “Spark Sites” – real estate websites that help agents to demonstrate maximum authority within their hyperlocal markets (by increasing their online visibility, showcasing what makes them special, and leveraging their social proof) so that they can close more deals!
The real secret sauce of a Spark Site is our “platform” – We combine our proprietary, industry-leading tools, with a unique ‘marketplace’ where agents can choose to seamlessly integrate best IDX, CRM, Marketing & PPC Management Services – so that they get a “true” all-in-one solution that scales with their business at a FRACTION of what other competing solutions charge.
Spark Sites can be upgraded in three different ways: Design, Addon Features, and 3rd Party Services, all of which represent ‘upsells’ from a sales perspective.

Most of our leads come in the form of demo’s (of which roughly half are ready to sign up) AND we’re the only solution on the market offering a 10-day Free Trial (which has an 87% conversion rate into paying customers!)
Who is a good fit for this position?
- Excellent SALES experience (minimum 2+ years)
- Minimum 1 year working in sales for a tech service or related product

Who will have the MOST success here?
Because the core product itself is an easy sell – what will really determine your success is how well you’re able to upsell each of the different addon services.
- Spark Sites can be upgraded to include semi-custom or fully-custom designs,
- Spark Sites can be expanded via addons (examples include our full logo design & branding packages, our automated home valuations addon, our ‘Mailchimp Newsletter’ addon, etc) or 3rd party services (such as PPC Marketing, Organic SEO services, and more).
What can you expect to earn?
A skilled salesperson should be able to earn at LEAST $1500 USD/week (anything lower than that would also probably indicate not being a good fit for what we’re looking for) – our current salesperson averages a little over $2000USD / weekly.

- Our clients are located in the USA & Canada and we’ll expect you to be working within EST / PST time zones
- 100% remote (our team is located all over the world!)
How will you be interacting & managing clients?
1 on 1 demo’s (via Google Hangouts), phone, and via the live chat on our website. We use Pipedrive as our Sales CRM.
