About the role

As Brand Marketing lead at Nansen you will be part of a world class, global team, serving blockchain savvy traders and investors in the crypto space. We are looking for an innovative and collaborative Brand Marketing expert with a builder mindset that can create a unique and enduring brand that is impactful and consistent.

You will play a key role in the future of finance, and help us to achieve our mission to surface the signal in blockchain data. Your contributions to the team will have a big impact, as you help us grow Nansen to a leading crypto company.

You can be located anywhere in the world, as our work is 100% online.

The position is full-time.

What will you be doing?

  • Devise and implement the brand strategy, maintaining brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and develop brand guidelines, tone of voice and style guides
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, platform, sales, operations and research teams to grow awareness of the Nansen brand
  • Create guides, workflows, playbooks and optimize processes for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the entire brand strategy — from overseeing brand strategy campaigns, working with influencers, budgeting, measuring performance goals and reporting results
  • Continuously evolve your knowledge of the crypto space, including DeFi and NFTs

Are you the right person for this role?

  • Huge plus: Knowledge of the Nansen platform and data analytics
  • At least 5 years work of brand marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through on ongoing projects
  • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and is able to get things done fast
  • Drive: We want people who are passionate about the crypto industry, and are eager to up-skill and hone their knowledge in the crypto space
  • Independent: Direct experience working in a remote first environment; and able to work independently whilst collaborating closely with a fast-growing team
  • Self-motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, empathy, and determination to get things done
  • Resilience: Humble to new ideas, and eager to learn amidst adversity and challenges
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the skills to take a (rough) idea and make it reality
  • Bonus: Proficiency in other major languages (e.g. Mandarin or Spanish)
