Location: Cambridge ~ with a blend of 40%-60 in office, with the rest flexible to remote working within the UK.

A Day in the Life

As the initial point of contact for users of our ground-breaking healthcare product, your primary responsibility will involve handling incoming requests through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. In the process of managing these requests, your role will entail effective triage and communication with the customers and internal stakeholders.

In addition, you will play a pivotal role in generating written content for our knowledge base in collaboration with other internal teams. Your active involvement in sharing user feedback will ensure that the customer's perspective is carefully considered in shaping our future product roadmap.

It's important to note that this position follows a shift-based schedule, requiring flexibility in working different hours throughout the day.


What you will need

  • A background in providing excellent levels of Customer Support, ideally within a Technology setting. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers, to help solve their queries. 
  • A keen attention to detail to solve issues quickly and efficiently.
