The role of a Client Activation Coordinator is to train, support and own the personal relationship with assigned clients.

We build loyalty apps and websites for professional and collegiate sports teams. Our clients are NCAA, NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS and MiLB teams that want to reward and engage with their fans. Founded 15 years ago in Minnesota, we have been a 100% remote company for the past 6 years with employees working comfortably throughout North America.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for each new customer assigned to you.
  • Troubleshoot client issues as they are identified, work to proactively identify potential issues, and offer solutions.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the FanMaker platform and features in order to add value to every customer conversation.
  • Respond to client help requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promote expansion and adoption of our software and services.
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with decision-makers.
  • Assist the Client Activation Manager in driving and managing renewals.
  • Provide critical insights to the development team as a means to improve our platform.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or account management.
  • Excellent presentation skills, in addition to strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organized with excellent followup skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Resilient, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, while also contribung as part of a team.
  • Proactive problem solver with experience developing creative solutions for customers.
  • Enjoy empowering users with the knowledge to do things for themselves in the future, not just fixing things for them.
  • $56,244 Total compensation package
  • Salary $45,000
  • 100% remote
  • $200/month health insurance premium reimbursement
  • $300/month HSA contribution
  • $435/month contribution to student loans (Federal student loans that are owned by the U.S. Department of Education and those covered under the CARES Act)
