Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:
  • Support demands related to Corporate Governance;
  • Support the operationalization of the EBANX ESG Program;
  • Assistance in completing external due diligence demands;
  • Assist in the management of corporate normative documents and in raising awareness about its importance as well;
  • Support EBANX Governance Risk & Internal Controls (GR&IC) framework;
  • Support the establishment of GR&IC processes;
  • Support on training and awareness demands related to relevant topics mapped by the Global Risk & Compliance area, as well as monitoring related indicators;
  • Act in anti-bribery and corruption demands and identify possible conflicts within EBANX’s actions;
  • Assist in the management of the EBANX Helpline (our official channel for reporting complaints, suggestions and questions);
  • Preparation of reports and presentation materials.
What’s mandatory:
  • Compliance and/or Corporate Governance experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills;
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field of study;
  • Be communicative;
  • Have a good sense of humor;
  • Feel able to influence and disseminate the Compliance and the Risk cultures.
