We are looking for a Customer Relationship and Service Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image. Howevr, this role isn’t entirely CX driven, there is also scope to win recurring electrical service contracts and to develop business with an eye to a lucrative recurring bonus for the right kind of enterprising individual. The potential rewards on top of salary are uncapped and only limited by the scope of your business and relationship acumen.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
As this a role open toa fully remote candidate it’s worthwhile to note that technical training is provided; however, a remote candidate will need to have a technical base knowledge to be considered on an equal footing with a local candidate. As a growing company, we have yet to build out our remote capabilities for it to be any other way.
