NYC Sales / Tech Recruiter + Manager – 40 K to 80 K +

We are actively looking to hire salespeople to our team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to recruit within technology and analytics (software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, machine learning, devops, SRE, network engineer, etc.). The role requires interacting and engaging with clients to fill their jobs and candidates to place them in jobs.

This is a telephone sales role (yes, you will be on the phone throughout most of the day). It starts at 40 K base plus unlimited commission (potentially higher base for experienced candidates). First year compensation expectations are anywhere from 40 K to 80 K +total compensation. Second year and on has potential to earn commission that can take your total compensation up to 150 K plus. Compensation comes solely down to ones own motivation. This is not a 8 am to 5 pm job, but a role that requires being enthusiastically available for customers outside of those hours and on weekends.

We look for self-motivated individuals that are coachable, resilient, and driven to achieve their goals. We are happy to hire and train people with no sales / recruitment experience, but also excited about individuals with experience that would like to achieve more than their current role!

Tools we use are Salesforce, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, StackOverflow, and others; however, networking is your best tool.

Finally, we are also looking to hire hands-on managers as we are growing.
