Are you ready to join the ride?

  • Actively be a great support to the Taxi Butler team remotely.

  • Organize and perform daily procedures in regard to customers’ contracts, purchase orders, package slips, updating CRMs, and more sales-related admin tasks.

  • Provide phone/email assistance to international customers. (Inbound & Outbound)

  • Thoroughly managing and updating leads in our CRM to ensure consistency.

  • Update all the customer-related documents accurately and check them on a regular basis.

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, researching on Taxi Industry related exhibitions, and reordering supplies.

  • Handle all the exhibition-related inventories and shipments.

  • Purchase office supplies, book travel tickets, and accommodation facilities for official purposes.

  • Coordinate closely with your team to ensure a smooth process through transparent and continuous communication.

  • Have an excellent ability to develop relationships at all organizational levels.

  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with computers and new technology.

  • Strive to always be learning and consistently exceed expectations.

We are looking for a Sales Admin Support candidate with strong administrative skills:

  • B.A. Bachelor’s degree required and/or a proven track record in Business management.

  • Proficiency in English & and other languages.

  • Self-disciplined, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and good time management.

  • Approach customer challenges with curiosity and creativity.

  • High on energy, positive, and a true relationship builder.

  • Strong consistency in working with CRM tools.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is a must.

  • Proactive and results-driven with a positive and service-oriented attitude towards clients.

  • Ideally 1+ years of experience in administrative tasks and data entry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in British English.

  • You enjoy continuous personal development individually and together with your team.
