For more information, go toÂ resilienceinsurance.com/security .Summary The Cyber HMO Sales Operations Support Administrator is responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including fulfillment, and ongoing maintenance of sales systems such as CRM. Those activities include sales orders, quotes, sales processing, and bookings. This person will be responsible for maintaining the CRM (HubSpot) throughout the sales cycle.ResponsibilitiesSupport all stages of the sales cycle, as directed by the VP of Cyber HMO Sales, including but not limited to:- Creating, processing quotes and proposals – Updating contracts and statements of work- Filling sales orders by scheduling meetings, creating necessary paperwork- Updating invoicesSupport sales teams as requested to ensure all sales objectives are met in a timely fashionMaintain CRM data on an ongoing basisWork with sales management to facilitate sales process improvement by:- Creating ad hoc reports- Updating established reports- Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes for automation or other updates and implementingÂ Perform other administrative duties as requestedÂ Education and ExperienceCollege degree preferredData reporting experienceExperience with CRM tools, specifically HubSpotExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious customer service/IT experienceExperience creating proposals in PowerPoint and GoogleDocsAccommodations and AccessibilityWe want to ensure you’re able to perform as well as possible in your onsite interview.
