Sales Lead (fully remote) role at a global fintech start-up – LATOKEN:

What does a Sales Lead do:

  • Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN’s mission: financial life at fingertips for people’s economic freedom.
  • Enlighten the road to hit the target with "a single bullet" with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritization.
  • Selling of token listings and other products
  • Inviting projects for demo pitches
  • Reporting on sales activity, leads generated, agreements signed and revenue
  • Conducting sales team training
  • Onboarding of new sales manager to ensure 1st sale in 1st month
  • Off-boarding decisions (2 months of low performance)


  • 2+ years in sales or business development
  • Experience in process automation and analytics
  • Worked 4+years in high pace international environment or has a degree in top 30 international university
  • Go-getter attitude, outstanding people and problem-solving skills
  • Likely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it assumes a conflict between clients’ and personal interests
  • Definitely puts the interest of clients first, loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded and transparent
  • At least basic knowledge of crypto markets (IEOs markets)
  • Fluent english
