The Role:
 
** This position is open to Philippines, Colombia and Mexico Residents. The position requires full English Fluency as you will be servicing a U.S. Market**
 
Apollo.io is looking for an experienced Customer Advocate that will be part of a world-class Sales Team and a founding member of our Customer Advocate Team. We offer consistent development and strong career path in Sales, Support & Customer Success and you will work directly with Sr. Management to build the foundations of a mission critical program for the business.
 
Daily Adventures and Responsibilities:
  •  Manage website chats related to customer’s sales inquiries
  • Influence ARR through direct closing (disco/demo) or handing prospects off to AEs for additional evaluation.
  • Educate customers to the best of their capabilities to optimize their results
  • Qualify customers over chat
  • Ask questions to uncover pain and align Apollo’s value as a solution
  • Provide a fast and accurate answer to the customer’s inquiries
  • Provide clean handoffs to Support and AEs when situations require
Qualifications and Experience required to apply for this role:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or sales (SDR or similar roles)
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality work and exceeding targets
  • Coachable—loves to learn, receive feedback and uplevel their skills
  • Highly empathic, can read customers and adjust responses to the situation
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Working experience with CRM, Support Tools, and Chat Tools
  • Experience working a set schedule, and managing their own time efficiently
