The Vendor Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in our company, which hosts personal injury networking conferences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, securing sponsorships, and ensuring the satisfaction of our vendors. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, as well as meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor sponsorships and overall vendor satisfaction.


  •  Reach out to potential vendors and secure sponsorships for our personal injury networking conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Attend conferences and events to oversee vendor activities and ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor requirements and expectations with our company's goals.
  • Follow up and secure sponsorship payments.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
